Mattel kept new exciting dolls
coming and a new little doll called Buffy, item 3577 was created for
the family. A doll set depicted from the television show "Family
Affair" Buffy doll was the same size as the Tutti doll and had the
same markings on the body. @ 1965/ Mattel, Inc./Japan.

info: Buffy doll had freckles, blue eyes and blonde hair in tight
little curls tied with red ribbons. Her dress had a red skirt with a
red and white polka dot waist, red shoes and white socks. Mrs.
Beasley wore granny style plastic eyeglasses and a blue and white
polka dot outfit (see photo), trimmed in yellow. Buffy doll stood 6
1/4 inches in height.
The photo on the far end at bottom shows
the larger Mrs. Beasley doll that came with the larger version Buffy
and Mrs. Beasley, from Mattel--don't get these 2 dolls confused when
you see them for purchase. The larger Buffy doll (from 1967--1968),
measures approximately 11 inches/ The larger Mrs. Beasley measure
close to 4 1/2 inches.
